Job Description

Responsible for assisting in the order handling process of service center activities, including coordinating with customers, updating job statuses to both customers and internal sales teams, managing materials related to service jobs, supporting job reports and documentation, and facilitating inspection visits in close collaboration with the Service Centre Senior Technician and Service Center Team Manager.
